FalconStor CFO Bryan Urquhart Resigned

FalconStor Software, Inc. announced that effective May 25, 2012, Bryan Urquhart resigned from his position as VP, Treasurer and CFO of FalconStor.

Louis Petrucelly was promoted to VP of Finance, and appointed treasurer and acting CFO. He has been with FalconStor for over five years and has served as the company’s director of Finance since March 2008.

Prior to joining the company, he was corporate controller for Granite Broadcasting Corporation and was previously employed by PASSUR Aerospace and Ernst & Young, LLP.  

Petrucelly received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the C.W. Post campus of Long Island University.
