Start-Up to Be Launched: SEPR Cloud
Wants apparently to replace USB keys and external storage.
By Jean Jacques Maleval | May 15, 2012 at 2:53 pmWe got a minimum of information about a storage start-up in stealth mode – or a service – called SEPR Cloud.
There is only one page on its web site with these words signed by the name of Justin Guy:
"We are currently working on a project that will address the many issues around current USB thumb drives and external storage. We believe that these storage methods are outdated and a revolution is long over do. It is 2012, storing all of your data should be cheap, fast, SECURE, and available on all of your devices from anywhere in the world.
"We are not quite ready to share any details, as we are still vetting some of our ideas. But I am super excited about this project and can’t wait to share and build upon it within the community. Be sure to follow and like us to get new information first!"
The start-up is in relation with Kalland Labs LLC based in Westminster, CO, owner of the seprcloud.com web site, in web service technologies, and at the head of SEPR Cloud, Empire MineCraft and gamekrib, a community for gamers.
Behind these ideas, there is probably something like a secure and private cloud (look at the logo) to store and share files. Maybe SEPR Cloud is just the nth online backup provider in the world. Wait and see.
