Active Circle Without CEO [Updated]

We got the confirmation from an inside source of the company that the Philippe Lerer, 52, is not anymore CEO of Active Circle. The firm will made soon an announcement on the matter.

He replaced in 2008 CEO and co-founder Dominique Vinay.

Lerer was previously country manager of Software AG France for five years after being Southern Europe MD of Iplanet. Formerly he worked for SunSoft, SunConnect, Sun, HP and Serita.
