VaultLogix Acquires DataPreserve
Sixth online backup provider acquisition within 5 years

The acquisition provides VaultLogix with incremental revenues and market share while providing DataPreserve with a rewarding exit strategy.
VaultLogix’s organic growth, complemented by the addition of DataPreserve’s customers, increases the number of VaultLogix business clients to over 7,500 worldwide. The purchase demonstrates the company’s commitment towards customer growth through new sales, reseller partnerships, and acquisitions of online backup service providers.
