OnX Partners With Violin

OnX
Enterprise Solutions Ltd. a North American enterprise data center IT solutions provider,
has entered into a strategic partnership with Violin Memory, Inc., in flash memory as
primary data storage.

OnX will provide its clients with business-oriented end-to-end IT solutions
that incorporate Violin flash memory arrays. These solutions are targeted to
meet the performance, economic and environmental requirements of
data centers.

OnX has integrated Violin’s flash memory storage arrays to deliver performance
improvements across a range of use cases, including: database
acceleration, business application acceleration, virtualization and big data
analytics.

Violin’s systems integrate with minimal impact to existing
enterprise storage architectures, requiring no changes to applications or
operational processes. The combination of OnX solutions with Violin
technology eliminates the performance bottleneck typically associated with
spinning-disk storage, providing a database or storage platform that scales to
millions of IOPS while lowering operating costs related to power, cooling and
floor space.
