Mach Xtreme Technology Inc. announced improved MX-JET ULTRA Series 2.5" SSD for mainstream users.

It provides performance, endurance and power efficiency. This series is offering users data protection with hardware BCH ECC engine, StaticDataRefresh technology support and data shaping for higher data reliability.

The MX-JET ULTRA drive delivers up to 270MB/s read and 180MB/s write along with the maximum of 15,000 IOPS and durability (1.5 million MTBF).

Available in capacities 64GB, 128GB and 256GB, they come backed with one-year warranty and after-sales service.
