New Online Backup Service: Yandek.disk
In Russian only, 10GB for free

It offers 10GB for free and supports synchronization between multiple devices. Currently, access is by invitation only.
Yandex is a Russian company also operating in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Turkey.
The only other ones online backup firms we know in Russia are Novosoft LLC (5GB for free) and OSG Records Management, also in Poland, to archive documents.
