IceWEB In Partnership With Cloud Front Group

IceWEB, Inc. announced a partnership with Cloud Front Group, Inc., provider of analytical technology delivered in the cloud to transform decision making in DoD, Homeland Security and Intelligence related agencies.

Under the terms of the partnership, Cloud Front Group will provide a big data analytics solution using Cloud Front Group’s big data analytical expertise with Cloudera’s Apache Hadoop-based software and IceWEB’s Unified Data Storage Systems. Cloud Front Group acts as one with its Federal clients by providing an array of services that are tailored to achieve the mission of each agency.

In a White House announcement made earlier, the DoD and several other agencies plan to spend over $200 million in big data analytics initiatives in an effort to better manage, organize, and analyze the vast amounts of disparate data spread across government agency data centers.

IceWEB and Cloud Front Group will introduce the combined offering at the 2012 DoDIIS Worldwide Conference at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado April 1-4, 2012.
