IceWEB Chosen by Unnamed Nationwide Call Center

IceWEB, Inc
announced that a national call center organization has selected IceWEB’s
Unified Data Storage Appliances for the customer’s tier 1 applications in its mission
critical data center.

IceWEB 6000 with the IceSTORM Operating System will
be deployed wit 15,000 RPM 6GB disk drives to run the
customer’s sensitive call center applications on Oracle
databases. The appliances will have virtual servers running VMWare
and Triple Parity RAID for redundant protection and HA. Due to
the sensitive nature of the company’s mission critical data,
IceWEB is unable to disclose the customer name at this time.
