OEM Contrat Between Kaseya and StorageCraft

Kaseya International
Ltd, the provider of automated IT systems management software,
announced an OEM relationship with StorageCraft Technology Corporation, a software company
that develops backup, DR, system migration and data protection solutions for
servers, desktops and laptops.

This partnership will bring benefit not only to customers of
both companies, but to everyone looking for a business
continuity solution.

StorageCraft ShadowProtect provides DR and
data protection to handle server and desktop environments, including the
operating system and applications like Microsoft Exchange and SQL. ShadowProtect
also provides IT administrators with VirtualBoot technology – for failover to a
virtual machine – as well as a virtual converter to convert ShadowProtect
backups into virtual machines.

With its integrated approach, Kaseya plans to announce a new
module based on the ShadowProtect technology that will be available in Q2’2012
to its SaaS customers. Current customers who use
ShadowProtect will also be able to bring it under central management from the
Kaseya web-based interface.

This new module will broaden Kaseya’s strategic approach to BC and compliment the Kaseya Online Backup, Kaseya Image
Deployment and Kaseya Desktop Migration products available. Together these
products will provide a solution to ensure that
customers have both the tactical recovery and long term strategy of BC integrated and managed from a single web-based platform.
