Metalogix Purchases Syntergy SharePoint Solutions

Metalogix Software, provider of content lifecycle management solutions for Microsoft SharePoint, Exchange and cloud platforms, announced the purchase of Syntergy, Inc.‘s SharePoint solutions to the Metalogix SharePoint portfolio.

Syntergy features the SharePoint replication solution, Replicator for SharePoint, which is a web-based solution used to synchronize and manage business intelligence in real-time across multiple SharePoint environments.

By utilizing SharePoint replication, organizations with multiple SharePoint servers have uninterrupted access to content that enhances employee productivity and efficiency and improves company performance globally. Replicator for SharePoint provides for two-way data synchronization by replicating content and settings back and forth between server farms, even if they are not identical.

Syntergy will remain a preferred migration services partner for Metalogix and will continue to operate independently selling solutions for Open Text Content Server including Replicator for Livelink and Content Server.
