Sigma Solutions Expands TSPP Offering

To include Symantec NetBackup Appliances

Sigma Solutions, Inc. announced the addition of Symantec NetBackup Appliances to their Technical Support Partner Program (TSPP) offering.

TSPP offering provides a support experience through a single U.S. based point of contact – Sigma’s Technical Support Center. With this addition, Sigma’s Technical Support organization is now available to help a wider group of customers with their needs around Symantec’s NetBackup appliances.

The NetBackup appliances enable storage-optimized data protection for the data center, remote office and virtual environments.

TSPP members are required to meet the following requirements to become a member and to provide support for authorized Symantec products. In addition, TSPP members are continually observed by Symantec to ensure the quality of their support.
