Comprised of MLC NAND Flash chips, these new memory modules are for compact non-stop applications that are often exposed to extreme operating environments.

Mobile Memory Solution
At only 10% the size of standard SD cards, the cards offer greater design flexibility and cost savings. Despite their compact size, the microSDHC cards have excellent flexibility from 40 to 85º C, shock and vibration resistance, and low power consumption that helps to bring the performance and reliability advantages of industrial memory cards to small form factor devices. Their compatibility and durability characteristics make them suitable for use in industry-standard microSDHC equipped devices, such as handheld bar code readers, POS terminals, wireless communication devices, embedded systems, medical computing, set-top boxes, surveillance systems, portable vehicle navigation systems, etc.

Built-In Reliability Features

Designed to ensure reliable performance and long-term stability, Transcend’s industrial microSDHC cards are manufactured using brand-name MLC NAND Flash chips. Additionally, built-in ECC monitors the data that gets transferred in and out of memory and corrects any errors found. This decreases the risk of computational errors during complex tasks, while at the same time increases overall system reliability. Featuring a wide operating temperature range and space-saving compact dimensions, these cards are for small form-factor devices that require stable operation under harsh conditions.

They feature Class 10 speed rating, which guarantees a minimum read/write speed of 10MB/s while maintaining stability.

They are available in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities.
