NLE Systems To Resell iQstor

iQstor Networks, Inc.,
developer of integrated FC SAN solutions,
announced that it signed a master reseller agreement with NLE Systems,
to resell, service and support its line of integrated SAN solutions for
both the video and film post production editing markets.

This agreement
provides NLE with access to iQstor’s partner program, which includes
training, configuration tools and incentives for rolling out cost effective
standalone storage and SAN solutions for Video editors.

The growth and expanding data storage requirements of the
digital media (DM) market, together with the complexity of editing
software, has created a need for software-storage specific integration and
professional services. NLE is addressing this emerging need by offering
independent storage integration and consulting services through its team of storage consultants and sales professionals to serve the video and
film industry.

The iQ-XL is the latest in iQstor’s line of performance RAID storage systems. This 16-bay system is designed to offer performance with built-in video streaming technology that
eliminates frame drops. The iQ-XL can be scaled up to maintain a sustained
throughput in excess of 4,000 MB/s. It is a
product for multi-streaming of all HD video formats for digital content creation,
post production, broadcasting, and off-line archival applications. 2K and 4K
playback is also supported in a single enclosure. With 8 x 8 Gb FC ports in a
dual active/active controller configuration, the iQ-XL can support an 8
user production workgroup without breathing hard. The iQ-XL works with industry standard SAN software such as FibreJet, Luster, and StorNext.
