StorageCraft Launching 2012 Partner Program
Enhanced training, multiple bonus and priority access to support

Since entering the European markets 4 years
ago, StorageCraft Technology Corp. has offered its reseller partners a Partner Programme
designed to support their needs and enhance their profitability, while also
imparting knowledge of its products.
With the 2012 Partner Programme, partners can profit from a new
programme with enhanced opportunities, various bonuses and special partner
privileges. StorageCraft considers its partners as a key element to growth and
customer satisfaction. The StorageCraft Partner Programme focuses on the
transfer of product knowledge, identifying and understanding end-user needs,
and helping partners expand the services they offer.
The Partner Programme offers 4 partner levels, with a
primary focus on increasing each reseller partner’s knowledge and know-how.
Entry level Standard StorageCraft resellers can use the StorageCraft
Business Class Portal to handle new business, activate licenses, manage
customers and process upcoming renewals. They can also access special marketing
and sales information. Any IT reseller can register to become a
Standard Reseller through the StorageCraft Business Class Portal, specific
product training is not required.
All StorageCraft Standard resellers are invited to attend a free
half day technical training and take an online test to advance to the second
partner level, STAR Certified Reseller. The final two partner
levels, Engineer Certified Reseller and Advanced
Engineer Certified Reseller, focus on practical onsite and off-site backup and
disaster recovery as a service and the related product specific aspects and
solutions. Each certified partner benefits from their own StorageCraft Account
Manager, free telephone support, free NFR software, plus additional margin for
turnover target achievement.
