Roeschlein joins Intransa with financial experience ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. He is adept at working with high-growth, high-technology companies and developing the operational and financial control systems to support overall growth and profitability.

With almost two decades of financial leadership experience, Roeschlein brings with him knowledge gathered across a number of industries. He joins Intransa from Trident Microsystems, while prior serving as the CFO at Power Integrations and earlier at Selectica. He also has experience as Expatriate Director of Finance for Asyst Technologies in Japan, and as Assistant Corporate Controller/Division Controller, as well as being a divisional controller for Hewlett-Packard. Earlier, Mr. Roeschlein also held associate roles with financial services companies Houlihan, Lokey, Howard & Zukin, and Coopers & Lybrand LLP.
Roeschlein, a Certified Public Accountant, is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles with a BA in History/Business, and an MBA in Finance from Cornell University.
