Canadian Firm Stage2Data Distributes Attix5

Stage2Data is in the area of data backup and recovery. With the Master Distribution rights for Attix5, Stage2Data is aggressively going to market with what they are terming "A Game Changer" in the world of cloud-based backup and recovery.
Attix5 is a provider of secure data management, storage and restoration, specializing in virtualization and cloud based solutions.
Stage2Data earned the title of Attix5 Master Distributor for North America because of their ability to launch and grow next generation technology. Jeff Collier and Jacques Swanepoel form the executive team at Stage2Data and were key contributors to EVault during its inception and up to its sale to Seagate in 2007 for $185M.
Comprehensive data management is now crucial to the successful running of a business in any industry. Jeff Collier, CEO at Stage2Data, echoes what Michael Law, CEO at Attix5, says: "Corporate governance is now a real buzz term within the boardroom of any modern organization."

Attix5 has proven itself internationally and is a longstanding partner of Capita SIMS (Schools Information Management Solutions) in the UK. Attix5 is used nationwide by 65% of UK primary schools. Its partnership with London Grid for Learning (LGfL) means all 33 London school authorities are now protected by an automated information backup and restoration system. This equates to a total of 1.2m pupils across 3000+ locations, incorporating thousands of teaching resources, which are now being protected by Attix5.
Set up in South Africa in 1999, Attix5 is now headquartered in the UK, a position cemented by the relocation of the company ‘s Technical Director to assist operations.
