KineticD Delivers DR to MTP Customers

With hybrid cloud backup

KineticD, in cloud backup and recovery services designed for SMBs, announced that MTP has added KineticD’s products and services to its line of offerings.

MTP will leverage KineticD’s data backup and disaster recovery service platform to power its new brand specifically developed for this service called www.MyTotalProtection.com.

KineticD’s services will extend MTP’s product line with a data protection solution for SMBs including remote desktop access and file sharing capabilities. Additionally MTP’s customers can now take advantage of KineticD’s unique unlimited local storage option that enables a true hybrid cloud backup solution. Local backups can be managed independently of backups that are protected in the KineticCloud enabling businesses to meet RTOs as well as regulatory requirements for more than one backup location. Other differentiating capabilities are agentless backups that allow for the management of all systems on a network from one console as well as granular schedule-based retention policies.
