This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on December 29, 2011 at 2:49 pmARTEC IT Solutions AG has participated at the EU Gateway trade fair in Japan.
Visitors at the event in Tokyo (Japan Information and Communication Technologies Business Mission) showed interest in ARTEC’s solutions.
Focus was placed on the different EMA (Enterprise Managed Archive) modules, which include Mail to Archive, Voice to Archive, and File to Archive. These allow e-mail messages, documents, files, and phone calls/voice data to be archived safely and in compliance with legal regulations.
"In Japan, there are very strict long-term retention requirements for business documents. These are derived from various regulations, such as the so-called J-SOX, which is a lot like the famous Sarbanes-Oxley Act," said Friedhelm Peplowski, Director of Global Sales & Marketing at ARTEC IT Solutions AG. "We have surveyed the local legal situation and can confidently state that our EMA solutions can cover it completely. Japanese market representatives also showed interest in topics like ediscovery and global search for information in the enterprise. Participating at events such as EU Gateway is a clear component of our strategy to continuously expand our business in the Asia-Pacific region."
ARTEC’s product range includes solutions for the spectrum of digital information management and legally compliant archiving. The appliances provide security and reliability. Their flexibility makes them a solution for businesses and organizations of all trades and sizes.
