Gene Fay President, Nine Technology
Promoted from senior VP

Fay, who has served as Nine Technology’s senior vice president since December 2009, will retain his leadership of the sales and marketing departments, but will now also lend his expertise to customer service, finance and corporate stewardship.
"Superb customer service and experience have always been among Nine Technology’s chief goals," said Fay, who begins his new role effective immediately. "This new opportunity will enable me to drive the company’s interactions with new and existing partners and ensure they receive everything they need to succeed with Powered By Nine services."
In his new role, Fay will be able to focus on and perfecting Nine Technology’s channel-centric business model and continuing to foster Nine Technology’s continued associations with channel industry organizations, including MSPAlliance, NASBA and ACRBO.
Nine Technology founder and CEO Tom Gelson will remain on as the chairman of Nine Technology’s board of directors.
