Privacy Data Systems Launches Free Service to Securely Communicate Online

Privacy Data Systems, LLC (PDS), provider of secure email and communications solutions, announced PDS Basic Edition – a free service to help individuals and business professionals to communicate easily and securely online.

This free service gives users an integrated set of privacy tools, including secure email, large file transfer, electronic signatures, and cloud storage – all under the same service umbrella – which they have named the ‘All-in-One Privacy Suite.’

Unsecure email platforms are often the preferred target of hackers, spammers and identity thieves – especially in the financial services, legal, and healthcare industries. By using PDS’ All-in-One Privacy Suite, a service that enables exchanging, tracking and storing of private messages and files, companies and individuals alike can protect sensitive information from the security issues inherent with regular email, FTP and fax transmissions.

Privacy Data Systems has made getting a free account with no long term commitments. If the user decides to upgrade to the Professional service level, they will be able to receive enhanced capabilities including proof of delivery and recall, larger file options, document rights management, and PDS’ biometric (fingerprint) authentication technology.

The Professional service is priced at a fraction of the cost of individual security tools, with annual subscriptions priced at $14.50 per month.

Corporate services are also available, for multiple users or those who wish to include custom options and branding.
