EaseUS Upgrades Free Todo Backup
To remotely backup another computer within LAN
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on November 21, 2011 at 2:51 pmEaseUS Software announces the availability of Todo Backup 3.5.
To remotely backup and restore another computer within a LAN is now available in Version 3.5. With a more user-friendly interface and improved backup functions, Todo Backup becomes a multi-functional backup software.
Based upon EaseUS’ data protection technology, its built-in Todo Backup Remote Console enables to set up and manage backups for a remote machine, reducing the downtime and losses to minimum. As long as you have installed backup software on that machine, the system, applications, photos, video, music can be backed up or restored remotely. Scheduling backups for the remote machine is also available.
The Remote Console is an independent module that can run without Todo Backup main program. Input an IP address of the remote computer, the user name and password, and you can manage your backup as on the local computer.
With the backup features like one-click system backup and recovery, Exchange/SQL Server backup, incremental and differential backup, Todo Backup 3.5 also stresses the improvement in convenient backup. Now, users are allowed to send email notification to multiple accounts instead of one, and domain users can create a backup schedule, etc.
"To provide a more comprehensive and automatic backup software is the core," said Mr. Liu, CEO of EaseUS, "and we are dedicated to developing and researching an all-in-one data protection."
