Arif Khan, director, Simmtronics Semiconductors FZE, Dubai, says: "Simmtronics has opened this plant in a space of over 20,000 square feet and is capable of producing over 2,000,000 hard drives in month. Starting with processing, testing and supply of internal hard disks for both laptops and desktops, Simmtronics is moving ahead and diversifying into external hard disk drives. We have hired over 50 people for this plant and soon more staff for this facility will join by end of this quarter."
