Atempo, Inc. has integrated and certified Atempo Digital Archive (ADA) with Harmonic, Inc.‘s Omneon MediaGrid, to simplify and streamline broadcast workflows.

The validation of ADA with Omneon MediaGrid enables archived content, from newly ingested footage to completed projects, to be accessible through Harmonic’s scalable performance shared storage system, both for immediate use and for long-term preservation.

A file archiving solution that provides an open, centrally managed and secure archive, Atempo Digital Archive addresses long-term data retention requirements and optimizes capacity during exponential data growth. The Omneon MediaGrid storage system provides performance centralized storage with a scalable architecture that delivers petabytes of storage capacity with tens of gigabytes per second of bandwidth to meet the growing storage requirements of digital media workflows.
