Consolidate-IT and Zerto Enter Into Distribution Agreement

Consolidate-IT UK Ltd. and Zerto have entered into a
distribution agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, Consolidate-IT will
distribute Zerto’s Virtual Replication product into European and South African
markets. Zerto’s hypervisor-based
replication technology, a software-only solution for business continuity
and disaster recovery (BC/DR) of virtualized applications deployed in data
centers and the cloud.

"We feel that Zerto’s hypervisor-based replication is a compelling new
way to easily replicate data. Today, most servers are virtualized, or they are
going to be virtualized soon, so moving replication to the hypervisor layer is

offers in terms of hardware / vendor agnostic replication and they particularly
appreciate reducing risk."
