Christophe Darras EMEA Director of Media and Broadcast, Atempo

Atempo, Inc. announced the appointment of Christophe Darras as director of media and broadcast market EMEA.

 In this role, Darras will be responsible for accelerating digital archiving revenues in the EMEA media and entertainment market and expanding Atempo’s presence in this space by developing key partnerships with leading alliances and resellers in the media industry ecosystem.

With a proven industry track record, Darras brings over 17 years of experience in sales management of media and broadcast solutions to Atempo. Previously, Darras was the director of sales for Southern Europe at Avid Technology, in charge of managing the sales and pre-sales teams for France, Italy and Spain. Prior to joining Avid Technology, Darras held various sales management positions within technology and media companies including EMC, Thomson Broadcast System (now Technicolor) and Qosmos.

Darras holds an Executive MBA from the HEC Business School in France and is fluent in English, Spanish and French. He is based at Atempo’s worldwide headquarters in Paris.
