Rebit, Inc. announced that Daniel C. Oister has been named vice president of sales
and business development, effective immediately.

dan Mr. Oister has a long track record of developing
and accelerating sales channels for companies including Digi-Data Corporation,
Tricord Systems, StorageTek, and Sun Microsystems, Inc.
