Coraid Partners With Blueprint IT

To expand in the UK

Coraid, Inc. has signed a Gold partnership agreement with The Blueprint IT, a consultancy delivering secure hosting
services, that will strengthen Coraid’s UK expansion into the cloud market.

Coming after a number of Europe-focused announcements, this is the latest
development in Coraid’s worldwide growth strategy.

Coraid’s
EMEA channel programme is designed to leverage local resellers’ expertise to
help manage and further accelerate Coraid’s growth. With the recent wave of consolidation in the
storage industry, resellers are finding it harder to differentiate and channel
margins are under pressure. Thanks to
its technology and price-performance, Coraid allows its
resellers to address both issues. In return, The Blueprint IT brings a UK
track-record and will help extend Coraid’s reach, particularly in to the cloud
market.

The
EMEA region is open to the evaluation and adoption of innovative
technologies and this helped Coraid grow local sales in Q2 2011 by nearly 3x
over the previous year. Coraid adopted a channel strategy to tap into the technical and regional expertise of local resellers along with the integration and support services they offer. Coraid’s partners are all
specialists in the markets they serve, providing Coraid access to new industry
segments.
 

The
Blueprint IT Managing Director Syrus Mokhtari said: "Coraid Ethernet SANs

Blueprint IT will target with Coraid’s Ethernet SAN.
