Transcend United Technologies Launches LiquidWare Cloud Backup

Transcend United Technologies, LLC announced the availability of LiquidWare Cloud Backup for ShoreTel, its new cloud-specific backup system exclusively for ShoreTel customers.

LiquidWare Cloud Backup for ShoreTel is an offsite, online, real-time network backup and restore service.

LiquidWare Cloud Backup provides ShoreTel customers the ability to backup critical telephony data, including the ShoreTel Director configuration database, voicemail, auto-attendants, call detail records (CDRs), logs, and all important ShoreTel files and folders. Every day, more companies are transitioning to cloud backup models for automatic backup capabilities, flexibility to access around-the-clock data recovery and restoration from any location, and enhanced disaster recovery preparation.
