Integration Between Vembu StoreGrid Service Provider Edition With Autotask

Vembu Technologies Pvt, provider of online backup software for MSPs and managed hosting providers, has completed the first phase of integration between its StoreGrid Service Provider Edition with Autotask Corporation, in hosted IT business management software.

The new integration allows service providers to use Autotask to capture StoreGrid’s monitoring alerts and automatically convert them into service tickets which can be handled and processed with Autotask’s workflow automation engine. This workflow ensures that, in the event of an online backup failure alert from StoreGrid, a service ticket will be immediately created, and escalated as necessary with notifications to ensure that the failure event is properly serviced.

StoreGrid is a secure remote backup software designed to be easy to set up, configure and administer. StoreGrid Service Provider Edition enables MSPs, VARs and other Service Providers (ISPs and Hosting Providers) to provide remote backup services to their clients at an affordable cost.
