VaultLogix Information Portal

VaultLogix LLC, in secure, reliable, online backup and recovery capabilities for business data, announced a new upgrade to its partner portal for its channel partner network. The VaultLogix Information Portal (VIP) is a web-based system that enables partners to manage their online backup business and many features associated with their VaultLogix Internet Vault solution.

The secure site was originally introduced in 2005, well before other online backup service providers offered such tools to their channel partners. The VIP now provides a set of capabilities that allow MSPs and VARs to manage their customer accounts, track the status of their customer’s backups, generate customer invoices or push data to their internal billing system, analyze storage usage by customer, generate branded marketing materials, provide technical support and more.

The new layout, simplified navigation, features, and tools, are all designed to ensure that partners have the information they need to manage their customer base, improve workflow. The VIP is a tool that ensures that our MSP and VAR partners can leverage their online backup service to establish and maintain a strong relationship with their customers.
