Alliance members will support customers in their cloud computing choices by adhering to a code of conduct offering transparency and guiding principles to guarantee customer service, in addition to clear SLAs and contractual terms. All alliance member organisations will be vetted and must pass commercial and technical ‘due diligence’ checks.
By combining the expertise available through the alliance, customers can improve business agility while taking advantage of cloud computing and are reassured that UK Cloud Alliance members’ claims have been reviewed by its peers, making it a valuable tool for purchasers.
