CloudBerry Backup V2.1 ($80 for Single-User License)

CloudBerry Lab LLC released Backup version 2.1, an application that allows users to backup their data online to their Amazon S3 accounts. 

The new version adds AWS Import/Export support PREVIEW which allows shipment of portable drives to Amazon for initial backup

What is CloudBerry Backup?
A secure online backup solution that helps individuals and organizations to store backup copies of their data in online storage. It is a Backup and Restore program designed to leverage Amazon S3 technology to make disaster recovery plan simple, reliable, and affordable.

AWS Import/Export accelerates moving large amounts of data into and out of AWS using portable storage devices for transport. AWS loads data directly onto and off of storage devices using Amazon’s internal network and bypassing the Internet.

New version of CloudBerry Backup automates the process of creating the manifest file and digitally signing it along with the job identifier with your AWS Secret Access Key and placing that signature file on the device.

As the initial data set is imported onto the Amazon S3 storage account the users can configure CloudBerry Backup to send incremental updates over the internet.
