Matthew Schiltz CEO, Symform

Former CEO at DocuSign

Symform, Inc. has appointed veteran technology senior executive Matthew Schiltz as CEO.

Symform is introduced a decentralized cloud storage service and to offer businesses unlimited cloud storage for a low flat fee.

"Matthew has a stellar track record building SaaS companies with disruptive technologies and will bring great leadership to Symform to drive it’s next growth phase," said Praerit Garg, president and co-founder of Symform. "When we decided Symform was ready to bring on an experienced CEO we started with Matthew as our ‘gold standard’ for the ideal candidate. Instead of finding somebody like him, we landed the real thing. I couldn’t be more pleased."

Schiltz brings to Symform a 20-year track record of senior executive roles in – growing technology companies. Prior to Symform, he was president and CEO at the SaaS company DocuSign where he facilitated three rounds of funding totaling over $25 million and grew shareholder value by more than 900 percent. Before DocuSign, Schiltz led the – SaaS start-up CourtLink, which is now a part of Lexis/Nexis. Schiltz was also the CEO of General Software where he led – growth resulting in its acquisition by Phoenix Technologies.
