Ayelet Margalit-Ilovich VP Quality/Reliability, Mellanox

Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. announced the promotion of Ayelet Margalit-Ilovich to vice president of quality and reliability. Mrs. Margalit-Ilovich will be reporting to Shai Cohen, COO.

Mrs. Margalit-Ilovich joined Mellanox in June 2006 and is responsible for the management of quality and reliability activities from design, through manufacturing, validation and qualification for all silicon, board, firmware and software products. She leads all the QA testing activities for system level QA, interconnects, firmware and software to ensure the highest of quality products.

"Ayelet has been a key part to our continued success, and we look forward to her contributions and technological leadership under her new executive role."

Prior to Mellanox, Ayelet worked at Tower Semiconductors and held several key positions including Director of Fab1 Process, Device and Yield Engineering.

She graduated Cum Laude with a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and with a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology Israel. Ayelet holds an MBA and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Haifa.
