128MB/16GB MACH2+ CF SSD by Stec

STEC, Inc. announced the availability of its 128MB – 16GB MACH2+ CompactFlash (CF) embedded SSD, which are designed to deliver an advanced level of data integrity, reliability and performance to the embedded systems market.

"The MACH2+ embedded SSD is an important part of our storage portfolio, providing a SSD solution with space-constrained devices," said Manouch Moshayedi, STEC’s Chairman and CEO. The MACH2+ CF’s characteristics allow it to perform consistently across embedded design benchmarks within an array of space-constrained devices, including, ATMs, industrial PCs, telecom systems, military vehicles and other transaction-oriented devices. Through use of these CF cards, data corruption is practically eliminated, reliably meeting the stringent mechanical, environmental and temperature requirements, and with low latency times, it enhances performance in data-intensive applications.
