Intevac Receives 200 Lean Gen II System Order

Intevac, Inc. announced an order for a 200 Lean Gen II magnetic disk sputtering system.

"We are pleased to announce our first capacity-driven order for 2011," commented Kevin Fairbairn, president and chief executive officer of Intevac. "We expect to ship this system by mid-year to support our customer’s capacity requirements for the second half of 2011."
