Abacus Solutions to Showcase Next Generation Email Archiving Solution

Abacus Solutions, provider of IT infrastructure solutions, will be showcasing its next generation email archiving solution, Enterprise Managed Archive (EMA) at the upcoming Interop 2011 conference in Las Vegas on May 8-12.

EMA is the universal appliance that archives an organizations digital records, ensuring that companies meet legal requirements and guidelines. Instead of archiving emails as PST files on the desktop, EMA archives all documents and makes them available through one central archive. The EMA appliance has a range of archiving features including Voice to Archive, File to Archive, Print to Archive, Scan to Archive and Email to Archive, allowing users to cover the spectrum of digitally backing up and securely archiving business-relevant information.

At Interop, Abacus will be hosting live demonstrations of EMAs features including its newest capability, Global Search. The Global Search feature allows users to access the archived records across multiple EMA, including a parent company being able to search the records from different locations from the master appliance. Along with Artec IT Solutions, one of Abacuss storage partners, Nexsan, will be at Interop to discuss their storage solutions. EMA can be purchased as a stand-alone appliance or bundled with storage. Nexsan offers a cost-effective storage solution that compliments the EMA solution.
