StorageCraft ShadowProtect for MSPs

Managing licenses remotely and instantly is now a few mouse clicks away for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) who install and manage ShadowProtect for their customers. StorageCraft Technology Corporation announced the StorageCraft ShadowProtect for Managed Service Providers, the latest version of the line of disk-based backup and disaster recovery software for Windows servers, desktops and laptops.

After the initial on-site license activation, ShadowProtect for Managed Service Providers allows MSPs to remotely deactivate, reactivate or add new ShadowProtect licenses on their customers’ systems via the StorageCraft MSP Licensing Console. It also enables MSPs to take advantage of pay-as-you-go pricing, in which MSPs purchase monthly subscriptions for their customers and pay only for activated licenses, eliminating up-front costs. MSPs can also use the licensing console to generate reports to reconcile their customer billing.

Getting Started
with the StorageCraft MSP Partner Program
MSPs can take advantage of the new flexibility in ShadowProtect for Managed Service Providers by following these easy steps:

1. Join StorageCraft’s free Managed Service Provider Partner Program.
2. Once enrolled, download ShadowProtect for Managed Service Providers and install it on customers’ Windows-based servers, small business servers, desktops or laptops.
3. Log in to the StorageCraft Partner Portal by selecting Partner Login to access the MSP Licensing Console and begin remotely managing ShadowProtect licenses on customer systems.
