Syncsort Expands Partner Edge Channel Program
To EMEA
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on March 4, 2011 at 3:28 pmSyncsort is expanding its Partner Edge Channel Program to Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to support a growing number of channel partners in the region signing up to resell NetApp Syncsort Integrated Backup (NSB).
NSB offers data protection that goes beyond deduplication to resolve critical data protection needs for physical and virtual servers running in heterogeneous environments.
The Syncsort Partner Edge Channel Program will empower resellers in EMEA with the education, training, support and incentives needed to extend their value proposition and build more profitable businesses with NSB.
The program is designed to enable resellers to expand into untapped markets where they were unable to compete prior to a solution like NSB.
The Syncsort Partner Edge Channel Program is built to reward partners who demonstrate a commitment to marketing and selling Syncsort as part of an overall value added strategy. Resellers gain the ability to improve profit margins, protect opportunities and generate recurring revenues.
The program offers three levels of participation – Authorized, Select and Elite – for which partners qualify based on goals, commitment and training.
Partners have access to Syncsort’s iSYNC partner portal featuring a library of product information, ready-to-go campaigns, sales plays, new leads, quoting tools, opportunity registration and market development funds programs.
"The interest we have seen in NSB from customers and channel partners has been nothing short of remarkable," said Mike Kuehn, VP of Global Channels, Syncsort. "We have closed a significant number of transactions since launching NSB and resellers continue signing up at unprecedented rates. The opportunity is right now and channel partners recognize that NSB is a winning solution that can help them dramatically grow their businesses. Expanding the Syncsort Partner Edge Program to EMEA furthers our ongoing commitment to the channel and marks a big step forward in helping end customers around the world to go beyond deduplication to solve all of their pressing data protection challenges."
