John Grieci Senior VP of Customer Advocacy, Seagate

Seagate Technology LLC announced that John D. Grieci has joined the company as senior vice president, Customer Advocacy.

 Grieci, who most recently lead the technical Global Supply Chain Management organization at EMC, will take on this new role to help ensure customer experiences are delivered by every organization throughout the company.

With the engagement of the Seagate executive management team, Grieci will lead his Customer Advocacy team in driving measurable results through sustainable process improvements. His background includes more than two decades at EMC, with experience that spanned rotating magnetic and solid state storage, at both the component and system levels. He also has critical experience with end-user field applications as they relate to product performance and reliability.

Grieci joined Seagate on February 22 and reports directly to Seagate Chairman and CEO Steve Luczo.

"With the addition of John leading Seagate’s new customer advocacy organization, he and his team will focus on enhancing our overall customer experiences by driving process improvements to strengthen our sourcing, qualification, production and delivery execution," said Luczo. "John’s immense expertise in qualifications, field management, product planning and customer escalation processes will be a tremendous asset to Seagate."
