NovaStor Will Present New Data Protection Software

At CeBIT 2011

NovaStor will present new solutions at CeBIT in Hannover/Germany, March 1 – 5, 2011.

NovaStor’s CeBIT program will focus on data center backup for enterprise networks and data protection solutions for IT service providers. New products for the backup and recovery of virtual machines on VMware servers as well as for the remote management of unlimited local backup installations will also be featured.

NovaBACKUP DataCenter 4.5:
Easy-to-use enterprise backup

With NovaBACKUP DataCenter, NovaStor offers a solution tailored to the needs of medium-sized businesses. Accordingly, NovaStor focuses on a transparent licensing model and a clear user interface. For CeBIT 2011, NovStor has announced NovaBACKUP DataCenter version 4.5, which accelerates and simplifies the management of enterprise-wide data backup processes with a simplified interface.

Trends in Cloud Backup and Managed Services
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) can receive an overview of business models and opportunities around data protection services from NovaStor. NovaStor’s Cloud Backup and managed service solution, NovaBACKUP xSP, enables the reliable and secure provision of services for local and online backup. A new central management console allows the central management of all customer installations from a single web interface and opens up additional revenue potential for service providers. NovaStor’s retail partners and other interested dealers can receive an overview of NovaStor’s new software solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Here, the focus is on NovaStor’s new products for the unlimited protection of virtual machines on a VMware server and the remote management of distributed backup installations. The products enable retailers to make a competitive offer for securing virtual environments on VMware and for starting to offer data protection as a service without having to maintain their own storage infrastructure.
