FalconStor Forms North American Partner Advisory Council

FalconStor Software, Inc. announced the formation of the FalconStor Partner Advisory Council (PAC), a collaborative forum of 14 inaugural partners, representing a cross-section of the company’s most active partners who have been chosen for their experience in deploying FalconStor solutions across core segments of the industry. The council will hold annual in-person meetings as well as quarterly virtual meetings. The PAC will kick off today with a conference call involving all 14 members.

The new PAC reflects FalconStor’s ongoing commitment to the channel by engaging partners to provide insight on customer requirements, business strategies and technological direction, giving this group of partners the opportunity to help guide the future development, packaging and delivery of FalconStor’s next-generation products and services.

FalconStor PAC objectives include:

Listening to and incorporating feedback on a range of topics: partner programs, pricing, services, delivery, operations, support and marketing.
Providing a forum for FalconStor channel partners to contribute to the development of strategic business plans and initiatives that will help partners better address their markets and customers.
Testing future changes, driving improvement in channel programs and giving key partners full participatory membership in an extended business team.
