Memoright 2.5-Inch FTM-25 MLC SSD

Memoright Corp., a Taiwan-based company dedicated to technological development and integration for SSDs and high-end storage equipment, announced the 2.5-inch FTM-25 SSD series models with a maximum capacity of 400GB.

 
Memoright has had its SSDs widely adopted for military and industrial storage purposes due to stable and reliable performance, and has become a supplier of SSDs for military application. In order to meet demand for high performance and capacities as well as reliability, Memoright adopts the self-developed circuit design and a close-examination manufacturing process used to produce military and industrial SSDs specifically for FTM-25, with the series supporting SATA II interface and having storage capacities of 60GB, 120GB, 240GB and 400GB available for choice.
 
"Viewing that applications of and global demand for SSDs are on the rise, Memoright extends the product design and a quality assurance production system from military and high-end industrial SSDs to business-use SSDs, aiming to provide reliable SSD solutions for business users to upgrade the capability and efficiency of their IT systems," said company president Alex Kuo.
 
Memoright FTM-25 SSDs perform well in read/write speeds and IOPS (input/output operations per second), exceeding a read speed of 280MB/s and a write speed of 270MB/s in IOMeter Benchmark tests and reaching 50,000 IOPS.
 
In addition, the FTM-25 series is equipped with OVP (over-voltage protection), OCP (over-current protection) and supports 128-bit AES (advanced encryption standard) encryption to meet business users’ strict requirements of low power consumption, security and reliability. Moreover, Memoright’s QMS (quality management system) in production of SSDs offers 100% traceability for every SSD.
