PhotoFast Global Inc. launches the GM-PowerDrive-LSI PCIe SSD, a storage device with PCI-Express 2.0 x 8 and available in 256GB/512GB/1TB of storage capacity. The Drive is stated to offer maximum read and write speeds of up to 1400 MB/sec. and 1500 MB/sec respectively.
It supports 512-Mbyte DDR2 800MHz on-board SDRAM cache memory.
