Two New MTI Services: Cloud and Care

MTI Europe announces two service offerings: MTI Cloud and MTI Care.
 
MTI Care provides for the remote monitoring, alerting and analysis of client infrastructure, enabling early notification of potential problems and the ability to address those problems without impacting client business. MTI Care’s service offering utilises the Nimsoft Monitoring System (NMS). MTI Care will be available for the remote monitoring of clients’ virtualised environments, servers, operating systems, networks, storage, back-up and Vblock Infrastructure Packages.
 
Separately, MTI has adopted EMC Atmos storage platform for the provision of services under the MTI Cloud brand. MTI Cloud’s new offering will include enabling storage, data archiving and tape cloning as a service.
 
MTI provides all of its services through its MTI Insight services division. This announcement adds MTI Care and MTI Cloud to the group’s existing service brands MTI Consult (which provides consultancy services) and MTI Create (providing project services).
