A judge will decide tech company’s fate. The future of InPhase Technologies, a holographic storage company founded in 2000, will be decided soon: either by a Boulder County District Court judge or by an auctioneer. InPhase had shut its doors in February and was all but finished as a going concern when Signal Lake and Acadia invested $10 million in the company in March to try to bring it back to life
