The RDX system is designed to provide small and medium-sized businesses with easy and reliable backup, data security and expandable storage.
The actiDisk RDX solution includes a rugged and removable 2.5" hard disk drive cartridge and a docking station with USB and SATA connections. Offering complete data protection, RDX removable hard disk drive cartridges are available in 160GB, 320GB, 500GB and 640GB capacities, the 750GB and 1 TB cartridges are the latest additions to the actiDisk range. The docking station and the cartridges are forward and backward compatible.

With the integration of the actiDisk RDX technology into the actiNAS Cube RDX, actidata offers tape and NAS. Until now, nothing has been able to match tape backup in its removability for off-site safe keeping. Now actiNAS Cube RDX combines the benefits of removability cartridge with high performance and random access disk. The actiNAS Cube RDX offers that and up to 10 TB storage capacity, with automatic backup to the removable cartridge.
Pricing and Availability
actiDisk RDX cartridges, 750 GB and 1 TB are available through authorized distributors from mid-October at a suggested net price of 295 euros for the 750 GB and 358 euros for the 1TB version.
