Buffalo Technology announces a new iTunes app, WebAccess i.

The app allows users to instantly save and access digital photos, video and all forms of data to any Buffalo Network Attached Storage (NAS) device remotely. Anyone who uses an iPad, iPhone or iPod touch can now download the app for free and by investing in a Buffalo NAS device can instantly begin to enjoy the benefits of the app. The app allows direct and easy downloading and uploading of digital content, in real time, to and from the office or home-based NAS product from anywhere in the world.

The app works with products within the Buffalo TeraStation range; storage devices designed for small and medium sized business (SMB) use, and LinkStation range, designed for small business and home use.

The app boasts many unique functions that provide added value to the superb range of Buffalo NAS products for both home and office users.

These include:

Allowing multiple users to have their own folders and have access to content on the Buffalo NAS.
Replicating the file structure the user is used to seeing on their home or office based storage making navigation from the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch very simple.
Allowing users to add as many Buffalo NAS devices as they have access to to the app – making the ability to upload and access any of your data on the road totally flexible.
Ensuring valuable files, pictures, music and video are never lost again by allowing instant uploading – this will free up memory on the users iPad, iPhone or iPod touch.
