Vembu Integrates StoreGrid with ConnectWise Software

Vembu Technologies, provider of online backup software for managed service providers and managed hosting providers, has completed integration of its StoreGrid Service Provider Edition with ConnectWise software, a business operating system designed exclusively for IT service providers, VARs and MSPs. The combination of StoreGrid and ConnectWise provides MSPs with an efficient and more streamlined process of handling their online backup business.

StoreGrid Service Provider Edition is designed to enable MSPs, VARs and other Service Providers (ISPs and Hosting Providers) to provide remote backup services to their clients at an affordable cost. StoreGrid is a powerful, comprehensive and secure remote backup software which is very easy to setup, configure and administer.

MSPs who are using StoreGrid to provide their online backup service and who use ConnectWise to manage their customers can now monitor their customers’ backup and restore jobs, and available disk space directly in ConnectWise. It even lets the customer accounts in StoreGrid be mapped to the appropriate company accounts in ConnectWise so that service tickets are created under the respective accounts.
